The Messaging Hub product you know and trust is getting a fresh new look as part of our move to the Vodafone Business brand. This change is all about giving you a more consistent experience across our services.
What’s Changing?
• Invoices will now feature Vodafone Business branding instead of TPG Telecom.
• Product information and customer portal login will move to the Vodafone Business website (will also remain available on the TPG Telecom website until December).
• The Customer Portal and Support site will also carry the Vodafone Business brand.
What’s Staying the Same?
• Your contract terms remain unchanged.
• The contracting entity, billing details, and payment methods are exactly the same.
• Your Messaging Hub service will continue to work as usual and remain accessible via the same URLs and domain names.
What’s Next?
• Updated Website: You’ll be able to access the Messaging Hub portal via the Vodafone Business website.
• Timeline: The branding update will roll out over the coming weeks. You’ll start seeing Vodafone Business branding on invoices and the portal .
• No Action Required: You don’t need to do anything—your service and login details remain the same.
