This article explains what to do once you’ve received your user invitation email. You'll learn how to accept the invitation and what your first login experience will look like.
Access the welcome email
Start by opening the email invitation sent to you.
Note: Can’t find the email? Check your junk or spam folder.
Still not showing up? Try deleting the user and re-adding them. If that doesn’t resolve it, please get in touch with our support team for help.
Accept the invitation
In the email, click the Accept invitation now link. What happens next depends on whether you’re a new or existing user:

If you’re new to Sinch MessageMedia, you’ll be guided to set up your user profile. You’ll need to provide:
- First name
- Surname
- Password
- Mobile number
- If you already use MessageMedia with the same email address, you’ll go straight to the join account screen, and your existing profile will be linked to the new account.
Log in and access your account
After accepting your invite, here’s what to expect based on your situation:
- New users: You’ll finish setting up your account, then log in to access the account you were invited to.
- Existing users (same email): You’ll be redirected to the account you most recently accessed. To view the new account, use the account switcher at the top of the portal.
- Existing users (different email): You’ll land in your last active session. To join the new account, either log out or open the invitation link in a private/incognito window.
If you’re managing access to multiple accounts, use the account switcher dropdown in the web portal to navigate between them.
