Reporting on Inbound Messages April 23, 2024 19:57 Updated Messages received within the last 90 days can be viewed in the Inbox, or via the menu by clicking on Messaging, and under the SMS Messaging subheading, select Received: To the right of each message, provided the contact is not unsubscribed, you will see a "Quick Reply" button. Clicking on this will open the Quick Message feature, preloaded with the contact details of the sender of the inbound message to which you are replying. Notice in the example above, the first message is an opt-out, and so the "Quick reply" button does not appear. To learn how to view more detailed inbound message logs, read this article.
