Transferring your contacts from Vodafone SMSer to the TPG Telecom Messaging Hub

If you're moving from the old SMSer platform to the new TPG Telecom Messaging Hub, there's a simple process to follow if you want to transfer your contact data.

1. Log in to SMSer and click on Download CSV in the side menu:

2. Log in to the TPG Telecom Messaging Hub

Pro Tips:

  • When importing contacts into the new Messaging Hub, if you want to use the same contact groups that you had in SMSer, you'll need to set those groups up before you start the import process.
  • If you do want to import your contacts into groups, filter your downloaded CSV by each group name, copy the data for each group, and create separate CSVs to upload.
