We're launching a new design for the TPG Telecom Messaging Hub on the 1st April
While this new design may look quite different, don’t worry – the changes are mostly cosmetic. Everything will still be in the same place it is now, and all the functions and features will still work the same way. You’ll still be able to easily do everything you need to do.

Contact Groups
We’re also updating our Contacts Management System to give you better audience segmentation and personalisation.

What do I need to know?
1. This upgrade is planned for the evening of the 1st April. While you can send messages, you can’t edit contact groups during this time.
2. The upgrade will take approximately two hours.
3. You won’t be logged out during this time but you may need to refresh your cookies if you use Edge browser.
